Chivito

A chivito is a popular dish in Montevideo. It's a steak sandwich with cheese, ham, bacon, olives, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and a fried egg. I ate this one today at Che Montevideo, a nice restaurant with a great view of the Rio de la Plata.
